Returns and exchanges

Return or exchange within 14 days

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund.
  • The condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being worn or used, other than for trying the size. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels.

Exchange fees

  • You can without any cost exchange any product for another size or color as long we have it in stock. 
  • The Resort Co will cover both the return shipping and shipping of the replacement product(s).

Return freight cost in case of full refund

  • In the case of a return for a full refund, The Resort Co reserves the right to deduct the costs for the return freight from the refund amount.
  • The deducted freight cost will be no more than; for US 10 USD, for UK 9 GBP, for Sweden 50 SEK, for EU 10 EUR and for the rest of the world 25 EUR.

How to make a return or exchange a product

  • If you’d like to return your product, please send us an email at customercare@theresortco.com stating your order number and reason for return.
  • If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know the new size, color and style you would like.

Refund payment

  • We aim to process and issue refunds within 14 days after we have received your return.
  • A return notification will be emailed once we have processed your return and issued a refund.
  • If you paid using a credit/debit card the refund will go onto the same card. 

Complaint 

  • Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
