Return or exchange within 14 days
- We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you have the opportunity to return the goods within 14 days.
- The condition is that the goods will be returned in original condition and that means not being worn or used, other than for trying the size, which we recommend you do on a carpeted surface. The return should include the original packaging and brand labels.

How to make a return or exchange a product
- If you’d like to return your product, please send us an email at customercare@theresortco.com stating your order number and reason for return.
- If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know the new size, color and style you would like.
Refund payment
- We aim to process and issue refunds within 14 days after we have received your return.
- A return notification will be emailed once we have processed your return and issued a refund.
- If you paid using a credit/debit card the refund will go onto the same card.
Complaint
- Should you receive faulty goods or an incorrect delivery make sure you contact our customer service team as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery.
